FISHING TRIP
What about serving self-caught fish for your next dinner? Join us on a fishing trip either from land or boat and try your luck at the Bjørnefjorden where you can find cod, pollack as well as lots of mackerel.
Feeling the tug on your fishing rod is much more fun than you’d think. We adjust our fishing tour to those who may not have a lot of previous fishing experience. You will get an exciting and interesting day. Rental of fishing rod and life vest is included. We focus strongly on safety in all our activities and know how to react in cases of emergency.
Fishing from land
If we decide to fish from land, we will go for a little walk in the forest. There we will reach one of our “hidden treasures”, a cliff we can catch fish from. You can enjoy the sunshine here while you learn more about the fish populating the fjord.
In addition to fishing, we will also teach you how to prepare your catch, everything from gutting, fileting and frying. We make sure that everyone gets to taste a catch from the fjord.
Fishing from the boat
Båten vår passer for mindre grupper på 5-6 personer. Båten tar deg med til gode fiskeplasser. Får vi ikke napp, reiser vi videre. Slik kan du være sikker på at du har fått de beste mulighetene for fangst.
We sail our recommended routes during the fishing trip, but are happy to adjust these to your preferences. If you leave it up to us, we will do our very best to show you the diversity of the fjord and its surroundings. As an example, we will pass by a fish farm where you can see Norwegian salmon – from very close by.
We are also offering to arrange fishing trips in bigger boats if you are a larger group.
Idyllic fishing trip
We will try to combine our fishing trip with watching the sun set. This is an amazingly idyllic experience when the sea is quiet and the sun is filling both sky and sea with red and yellow colours. Maybe we will even sea porpoises at the horizon.
